WhatsApp Business Platform and customer authorization

Connected businesses are responsible for lawful collection of recipient contact details and applicable messaging consent. Meta and WhatsApp services may separately process information under their own terms and policies. Availability of an integration depends on applicable platform approvals and technical setup.
