Data Deletion Instructions

MD SOFTWARE accepts requests to delete personal data associated with its website and business messaging services, including requests relating to connected WhatsApp Business integrations.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@mdsoftech.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Specify the account email or business name associated with the service, the service involved and whether you request data deletion, account disconnection or both.
3. Do not send passwords, access tokens, government ID documents or full payment-card details in your first email.
4. Our support team may request limited information to verify your authority before processing the request.

What happens next

We will review the request, identify data under our control and explain the action taken or any information we must retain for legal, security or contractual reasons. A request to disconnect a business messaging integration may require the business administrator to revoke access within Meta Business settings as well. Data independently held by Meta or other providers is subject to their own deletion procedures.
